Burnley suffered home defeat on saturday when they were beaten 2-0 by Tottenham. Today they are looking for better results at Turf Moor against inconsistent Stoke, who are winless on the road in their last four outings. Home field, motivation and team news all support The Clarets to bounce back.

Important midfielder Steven Defour played 12 minutes from then bench on saturday and will probably return to the starting XI today. Also Scott Arfield is fit to play and defense is led by familiar quartet, so the manager Sean Dyche does not have much worries.

Mark Hughes instead has a lot to think about. Xherdan Shaqiri is sidelined with a calf injury and Geoff Cameron probably won´t be available for the trip to Turf Moor either. While Stoke has only collected one point from three previous matches, it is safely in the middle of the table and has virtually no concern of relegation. Burnley away is not the most interesting match either for Potters, so motivation might be a bit of a questionmark.
